Missouri rules to know

Switching Medigap plans
Anniversary rule. Within 30 days before or after your policy's anniversary date (not your birthday), you can switch to the same plan letter from any insurer.
Medigap under 65
Required, with limits. Missouri insurers must sell any Medigap policy they offer, with no health questions, to people under 65 on Medicare because of a disability who apply within 6 months of enrolling in Part B (with another open enrollment at 65); the sources do not clearly say whether people on Medicare only because of kidney failure (ESRD) are included.
Agent licenses
Agents must be licensed for health insurance in Missouri. Look one up.
