Questions agents ask

I'm already listed. What do I do?

Use Find your listing with your last name and state, then choose "Claim this listing." We move it to you after checking your NPN and license.

Do I need to pay to be listed?

No. Every licensed agent can list free, and free listings always show in search. Only the Verified badge is paid.

What exactly do you check, and how often?

Your NPN and an active health license in each state you list. We recheck your home state every 30 days and other states every 90 days. How we verify

Will this get me on Google's first page or into ChatGPT's answers?

We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we do is give you a clean, checkable page that search engines and AI assistants are allowed to read, and keep it current. How it ranks is up to them.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from your dashboard. The badge comes off, and your free listing stays up.

Do you sell leads or my information?

No. We don't sell leads, share inquiries between agents, or sell anyone's data. Our only income is the flat Verified subscription.

What we never do

  • Charge per lead, per call, or per enrollment.
  • Sell top spots in a ZIP code, or show you as “local” where you have no office.
  • Share a consumer's request with more than one agent.
  • Show plan prices, comparisons or benefits. Your profile is about you, not plans.
