For everyone

• This is a private directory of licensed insurance agents. It is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
• MedicareLocalBroker is a directory. We don't sell insurance, give plan advice, or recommend any agent, company or plan.
• The Verified badge covers only what is described on the How we verify page, as of the date shown.

For agents

• You must hold the licenses you list and keep your profile accurate. We may remove listings that aren't.
• You must show your own CMS-required disclaimer and follow CMS marketing rules, the TCPA and state calling laws when you contact consumers.
• Contact requests come from one consumer to you alone. You may not resell or share them.
• Subscriptions are flat fees for the listing and verification service. They are not tied to leads, calls, applications or enrollments.
• You agree to indemnify MedicareLocalBroker for claims arising from your contact with consumers.
• You can cancel any time. The badge stays until the end of the paid period, then comes off.
